About Vividus Wellness

Therapy rooted in compassion, grounded in evidence.

I created Vividus Wellness to offer something I believe every high-achieving person deserves — a private, unhurried space to be fully human.

Sharisse Ro Ramos, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I started Vividus Wellness because I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant, driven people who were thriving on paper and quietly struggling inside. They were the ones holding everything together for everyone else — and had no space to fall apart, or even just breathe.

My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices — always tailored to what actually works for you, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a performance. You don't have to have it all figured out before you walk in. That's what we're here for.

You're the expert on your own life. My role is to ask the right questions, offer new perspectives, and walk alongside you.
